PROCESS
Preparation - Week 1
Beginning with the end in mind we then take a step-by-step process to increase your awareness around wholistic nutrition, movement and wellbeing practices.
We start with an assessment of your current eating and movement habits and gain clarity on your weight loss and health vision.
We will then explore the “eating myths” that have trapped millions of people in the hell of emotional eating and malnourishment and your personal emotional and mental blocks to create a paradigm shift.
A 7-day cleansing fast will be the next protocol that we undertake. Designed to support the kidneys, liver, gut and prepare your body for its new live food feast as the underpinning to your weight loss goals.
During these first weeks we will also explore exercise options and begin new movement practices that “excite” your metabolism and agree on a 12 week plan to achieve your sustainable weight loss goals.
Stimulation - Week 2
During this phase we will accelerate your progress and explore cravings which masquerade as nutritional deficits.
We will also accelerate your exercise and movement with new challenges.
Acceleration - Week 3-6
These are the weeks when following your initial “high” on losing weight you may be tempted to backslide into old habits. This is when we knuckle down and autopilot your new wellbeing habits to truly make them a sustainable lifestyle. If necessary, I will be on call 24/7 to assist you during any crisis!
