Are you ready to unlock a new chapter in your life?

Are you ready to finally overcome your emotional eating dramas?

This audio and workbook program has been developed to integrate your mind, heart and inner desires using the scientific neuro technique of self hypnosis.

Access the deep inner workings of your sub-conscious mind - the root of all change - including your emotional eating.

✨No more succumbing to stress cravings - Act now and reclaim your power! 🌈 #EmotionalEatingDetox UnlockWellness #HypnosisJourney"

Working with the subconscious mind is a powerful and transformative practice that holds the key to unlocking deep-seated patterns, beliefs, and behaviors. The subconscious mind, is a vast reservoir of thoughts and memories beyond our conscious awareness and plays a pivotal role in shaping our actions, reactions, and overall perception of the world including how, what and when we eat.

The subconscious mind is highly receptive to suggestion, especially during states of deep relaxation or focus such as hypnosis. By accessing this state, individuals can bypass the critical filters of the conscious mind and directly communicate with the subconscious. This opens up a unique opportunity for intentional and positive reprogramming.

At the core of the subconscious mind’s power lies the ability to influence behavior on a profound level.

Unlike the conscious mind, which makes decisions based on logic and reason, the subconscious operates on emotions, intuition, and established patterns. Many of our habits and responses are rooted in the subconscious, often formed during early experiences and reinforced over time. This is where the real power of change lies.

Whether it's overcoming fears, Post Traumatic Stress or PTSS managing stress, or transforming habits like emotional eating, the subconscious is a reservoir of untapped potential waiting to be harnessed.

Moreover, the subconscious is interconnected with the body's autonomic functions, influencing physiological responses such as heart rate, metabolism, and stress hormones.

This mind-body connection means that changes made at the subconscious level can have a cascading effect, impacting both mental and physical well-being.

Working with the subconscious facilitates the rewriting of outdated emotions, thoughts, values, expectations, attitudes, scripts, trauma and ingrained habits and modes of operation, enabling individuals to break free from limiting beliefs and behaviors.

Listen up.

Word Sound Power

It all began at the age of 15 when I lied to my mother about having a migraine headache - within an hour, I had a migraine headache!

When I was 18 a mysterious Jamaican Rastaman blessed me with 3 words as he passed me by in the streets of London: Word Sound Power

In my early 20’s I realized I didn’t need an alarm clock because I could program myself to awake after a nap within 1-2 minutes of the stated time.

I have been using the power of self-hypnosis and programing meditations for over 30 years now to achieve all sorts of amazing results for health, longevity and prosperity.

Why It Works

Our brain governs all activities within our body and enables us to accomplish our goals, including that of greater wellBEing. Dependent on the task at had and what we wish to achieve, the brain can transition through various freuency modes. Brainwaves are electrical patterns that the brain produces, and they can be measured using electroencephalography (EEG). Each brainwave mode is associated with various mental states, activities, and levels of consciousness. The brainwave modes are Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta and Gamma and are explained below:

Delta

Frequency: Delta brainwaves are the slowest with a frequency range of 0.5 to 4 Hertz.

Mental State: Delta waves are associated with deep dreamless sleep and restorative, regenerative processes in the body. They are prominent during the deepest stages of sleep (slow-wave sleep or NREM stage 3).

Healing and Recovery: Delta waves are essential for physical healing, immune system functioning, and overall rejuvenation.

Theta

Frequency: Theta brainwaves are slower, with a frequency range of 4 to 8 Hertz.

Mental State: Theta waves are connected to a state of deep relaxation, daydreaming, and light sleep. They often occur during the early stages of sleep (NREM sleep) and are involved in dreaming and REM sleep.

Creativity and Intuition: Theta waves are associated with enhanced creativity, intuition, and access to the subconscious mind.

Alpha

Frequency: Alpha brainwaves have a high frequency range, typically between 8 - 12 Hertz .

Mental State: Alpha states are associated with relaxed alertness, calmness, and a meditative or reflective state of mind.

Inward focus: Alpha waves allow inwards attention, "mind-wandering", visualization, enhance creativity and relaxation.

Beta

Frequency: Beta brainwaves are relatively fast and have a frequency range of 13 to 30 Hertz (cycles per second).

Mental State: Beta waves are associated with active, alert, and focused states of consciousness. They are prevalent during wakefulness, problem-solving, decision-making, and engaging in daily tasks.

External Focus: Beta waves are characterized by increased attention to the external environment and sensory input.

Gamma

Frequency: Gamma brainwaves have a high frequency range, typically between 30 to 100 Hertz.

Mental State: Gamma waves are linked to higher cognitive processes, perception, and integration of information from different brain regions. They are associated with intense concentration, deep insight, and moments of peak performance.

Learning and Memory: Gamma waves are thought to play a role in memory formation and recall.

Each brainwave mode serves different functions and is present in various mental states. Brainwave patterns can change throughout the day, depending on our activities, emotions, and level of consciousness. The brain's ability to transition between these modes is an essential aspect of our cognitive flexibility and adaptability to different situations.

In this program you will be induced into the very natural states of Alpha and Theta and guided through breath, visualization, intention and affirmations to work with the subconscious mind to effect change in your emotional eating habits.

This process is used by all achievers either unintentionally or intentionally, that is those who have achieved great success through focus and intention have likely used these methods.
